At Designer Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure the Security Tag

  Ensure the original Designer Exchange security tag remains attached; items with removed or tampered tags are ineligible for return.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our authentication center.
